It was raining heavily at Bewdley,
but inside The George Hotel, the only wet things were the beer and
wine. After a nice lunch, we visited Bewdley Museum which is built
around The Shambles, the traditional butchery area and was full of
interesting local history displays including the Lock Up, a water
wheel and a brass foundry.
We ended our trip at De Beers Garden
Centre just south of Kidderminster. They are known for their
fuchsias and the ones we saw were certainly strong and healthy.
